Adobe is planning to release critical security updates for Reader and Acrobat on Tuesday the 14th. Adobe categorizes “critical” as a vulnerability, which, if exploited would allow malicious native-code to execute, potentially without a user being aware.
Microsoft plans to release 16 updates, 9 of which are categorized as critical.
Make sure to apply the releases as soon as possible. Over half of all malware infections could have been avoided by by keeping the system up-to-date with its security patches.
